**Starting January 1st we will no longer accept gratuity on credit cards. Please use QR codes for Venmo or the cash envelopes provided. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Masks are optional at this time. Your therapists maybe wearing one as a personal preference. If they are not, they'd will be happy to wear a mask if you prefer.
Do not make an appointment if you have been diagnosed with Covid 19, currently ill, or have recently had a cold or flu.
By scheduling a massage appointment, you assume any and all health risk that may occur.
When arriving for your appointment:
Please wait in your car or outside until 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please arrive a little earlier if you are new and did not fill out an intake form online prior to your appointment.
Prior to your appointment we ask that:
· You prepay with our online scheduling site
· You setup appointments by phone, email, or online
· We ask that you leave unnecessary personal items at home or in your car
Once inside the studio:
· Please let therapist open doors for you
· Please be aware of your surroundings and do not touch surfaces unless needed
· When in the treatment room please use the baskets provided for your personal items
Please note we now require you to prepay. If you have massages on your account, they will automatically be applied when you check out after scheduling. If you have a gift certificate there is a prompt after scheduling your appointment.
You can leave a cash tip or you can Venmo the therapists.
Gift certificates can be bought online or mailed.
Please note the lobby is closed. Anyone waiting for you should drop you off or wait in car.
No children are permitted at this time.
